At MOONSTAR USA, we stand by the craftsmanship of our footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping carton to ensure the items remain in mint condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
